I had to share this amazing recipe with you for Salisbury Steak by the wonderful author and paleo expert Sarah Fragoso of Everyday Paleo.

Ingredients for Steaks

2 pounds of ground beef

1 cup spinach, finely diced

1 egg

1 teaspoon crushed garlic

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon rubbed sage

¼ teaspoon ground marjoram

¼ teaspoon finely ground black pepper

2 tablespoons grass fed butter, ghee, or coconut oil

Ingredients for Gravy

4 tablespoons butter

1 red onion thinly sliced

½ red bell pepper thinly sliced

2 cups sliced crimini mushrooms

1 cup beef broth

¼ cup coconut milk

Black pepper to taste
