1 organic peach
1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
2-3 tbsp coconut cream
1/4 cup walnuts, slivered almonds, or even our low carb granola
Dash of cinnamon
Melt butter or oil on low-medium heat. Add peach slices and cook for about 5 minutes until peach is soft. Remove from heat and add coconut cream. Coconut cream is the thick coconut milk that comes in canned coconut milk. Add walnuts and cinnamon. Enjoy!

Be sure to always buy these foods organic. The Clean 15 is the list of least toxic fruits and vegetables. If you can’t afford to or don’t have access to 100% organic, the clean 15 are safer to eat than many other conventionally farmed fruits and vegetables.
