So here is an easy gut friendly gelatin treat that you can make that doesn’t have any harmful food colorings, flavorings, sugar or empty calories. Instead it’s high in beneficial amino acids like glutamine, proline, and glycine which are essential to gut healing, healthy hair, skin, nails and joints.
