Metabolic Typing Nutrition Program Readiness Checklist
1) I am 100% committed to improving my health.
2) I know that to achieve changes, I have to make changes and I agree to follow the nutrition program lined out for me.
3) I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own success. If I have questions, I will be proactive and contact my advisor.
4) The Metabolic Typing Nutrition Program is a combination of 4 things: eating the right foods, stop eating the wrong foods, taking a few of the right supplements, and reducing blocking factors. Choosing to do all of these at least 80% of the time is considered following the program. Less than 80% adherence or picking and choosing which of the 4 factors you stick to is not considered following the program. I will follow my program at least 80% of the time.
5) Health makeovers take time, especially when you are working on improving many aspects of your health at the same time. I agree to stick with this program, through thick or thin, for a minimum of 3 months.
If you did not check off all five items in this checklist, you are not ready to begin the Metabolic Typing Nutrition Program. Thank you anyway for your interest and hopefully you will be ready for better health in the near future.
